If your exercise equipment is not received within 90 days of your order then you can contact us to apply for a refund and we’ll refund your money.

Please take photo/video while unpacking/unboxing your exercise equipment and send that to us for a proper reimbursement.

  • If you have not received your equipment within maximum of 90 days then you will have full refund.
  • If you have received functional damaged equipment then as well you have full refund. (do not forget to take video/photos while unboxing).
  • If you don’t like the equipment and want to return it then as well you can have full refund but you need to ship it back to the address where it came from (those shipping charges you’ll have to pay).

Normally shipping company handles that part but any kind of import duty/customs is not included in the price but if there are any charges the shipping company will handle that paper work but charges you’ll have to pay.
